0. Teianとは（初めての方向けの説明）
Teianは、あなたのプロジェクト条件に合わせて「どの技術スタックが現実的か」を短時間で比較する意思決定支援ツールです。最初に、目的・期限・チーム構成・予算・制約などの簡単な質問に答えると、Teianが複数の選択肢を評価し、最有力候補と代替案を提示します。結果には、速度・コスト・学習コスト・運用しやすさなどの評価理由が含まれ、次に取るべき具体的なアクションも示されます。つまり「何を作るか」ではなく「どう作るか」を迷わず決めるためのガイドです。
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Teian. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Teian for your own business or personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the service or its models; nor may you use it to build a competing service.
3. Disclaimer
Recommendations are decision support only and provided “as is”. We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not guarantee outcomes, performance, or accuracy.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teian and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of the service.
5. Changes & Termination
We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting on this page. You may stop using Teian at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or non-compliance.
